Have now bought me a Windows 10 key and I downloaded Windows 10 and installed it (the 32-bit version) but my laptop is still running slowly! Not even grouse running smooth What can I do now?
You could try exchanging the Sata with an SSD.
EDIT: the laptop is absolutely not a powerful laptop with an AMD Radeon R2 graphics card (15W) and AMD dual-core E2-9000e 1.5 GHz
Return the laptop and spend more money. You can't expect much from a 17 inch laptop for 300 euro. The is for Internet and Office designed for nothing more.
Just install the free and free Linux Mint, which needs much less resources than the greedy Win, even a powerful virus scanner is not needed for high-quality operating systems.
Under the beginner Linux, the computer should run again.
