HP printer, always prints something else?

I have often had the problem that my HP printer (kabbelverbindung PC / laptop) does not express what it should.

For example:

I press Print in Word, but the sheet comes out empty, and the next time I want something else to print, prints it out, which did not work last time, that's the same thing with the printer.

Do you know how to solve this?

Try installing the HP driver (new) and clearing the print queue (if there's something else in it)

Somehow it's always spinning, I first tried printing with Word on the Windows 10 laptop, nothing worked (no reaction) then with the Windows 7 (I think) laptop, and other format, sometime, after 20 attempts…

And where do you empty the queue? 😅
