I have had a notebook for some time and installed Windows 10 at home. The notebook has a GeForce 1650 and an onboard graphics card from AMD.
Now I have problems to activate the 1650 or activate it. But it is not shown as a setting in any game. I have searched many forums and unfortunately have not been able to find a solution.
Every time I uninstall the onboard graphics card in device manager, Microsoft basic graphics kp comes up with what that is.
I ran DDU several times in the BIOS, unfortunately there are no settings for the graphics cards, I installed drivers up and down but everything was unsuccessful!
The notebook is an HP Pavilion 15 (if that is necessary.
Maybe someone has a solution here how to fully activate the 1650 and make full use of it.
You can't fully activate it because the laptop's iGPU is responsible for displaying the display. You can, however, set which graphics adapter should be used for each application in the Nvidia control panel, i.e. In this case your dGPU.
I love you
