Notebook does not shut down properly?

So the following problem: If I click on shutdown under "Start" (Win10 as OS) quite normal, the notebook shuts down, but still consumes energy. How do I know that? If the notebook is off for 10 hours, the battery level has dropped by about 6-7% after the 10 hours. The operating time in the Task Manager confirms this. This is reset only when you restart the notebook.

My guess: The notebook does not shut down properly and puts only in the energy-saving mode.

Any proposed solutions?

To all: I solved the problem by disabling the Enable Quick Start feature under the power options.
