My notebook from HP with an i5-8300H has according to Intel (processor 45Watt TDP) I start Cinebench etc. I have up to 65 watts at 4.0 ghz (without overclocking a normal clock from Intel)
Now the whole thing has to follow that the notebook gets too hot.
Does that have consequences if I have the first 20 seconds over 95 degrees in my notebook at 65watt tdp (the processor clocks down to 45Watt @ 3.5 GHz after less than a minute)
Try undervolting
I can't set it in HP Bios
I believe that your fan is dusty and therefore can't dissipate enough heat.
Has it ever been dusted?
I bought the notebook a month and a half ago
I see. Then it is not.
Intel XTU
Thanks anyway and stay healthy
