Hotspot Shield suddenly on the laptop?

I need urgent help. For a few days I have Hotspot Shield on my laptop. No idea where it comes from. I did not download it for sure. It also can't be found in my installed programs so I can uninstall the program. The program prevents me from coming to the internet. It shows me constantly that my data limit is reached and should buy new. How will I get rid of this? Have unlimited W LAN on the telecom. Who can help me?

You have installed a VPN addon without realizing it? Look in the browser settings for there it would have to be found.
