My working laptop showed me this morning a smiley error message (":(") with blue background & scan code with the please restart the laptop again, this I did and now have a complete black screen where I can't do anything Mouse is displayed, no login, no response to keystrokes, I do not use the internet on the laptop often and dubious sites certainly not so I wonder where that comes from?
On the internet I have not found a solution to my problem so I ask here. Please do not list all eventualities and then "good luck" but hopefully someone who knows what problem it is here or someone who has had the problem once & could solve it. Thank you so much!

Is a bluescreen I'll see what the mistake could be
