Windows 10 jerks after installing ssd?

I installed a Crucial BX 500 in an older laptop with an AMD A6 5200 and completely reinstalled Windows. After Windows was installed for about 10 minutes, it began to jerk in a very regular pattern. About 1 second, I have a fluid image and then it hangs for a very short moment. It doesn't matter how much the PC is used, the stuttering always stays the same. After I installed all the drivers and played around in the settings, I installed Windows again and already had the problem when installing Windows. If another screen is connected via HDMI, the stuttering can also be seen there. However, the BIOS runs smoothly.

The Crucial BX 500 overheats far too quickly with large amounts of data and throttles itself accordingly. Wait a little, maybe it'll improve.
