I would like to have something booked back but it does not work from online banking. Do not know why. I can usually go to the chargeback arrow.
Can I do that on the laptop then? When I register on the internet? Or doesn't it work if the app doesn't work?

Call the bank directly. Normally, it should go through the app or in online banking, as long as it is a direct debit.
As long as it is in the reserved bookings, it will not work.
Once the booking has been made, you can bring it back.
