Connection to the notebook works?

We have an Android 7 internet phone and a notebook. Debugging is enabled, developers are, and the "do you want to transfer data" window does not appear. The internal memory and the SD card are not displayed on the notebook. Who has Android 7 of you and can help.

Maybe reinstall drivers
or use another cable (original cable) or one that supports data transfer

Search the internet for cables with 4 cables inside that is for charging and for the data but with some cables there are only 2 and they are only for charging
