So I would like to know how I can get a karaoke system for home like in bars.
In bars they only have a laptop and a mixer there and hold the screen where it is transferred. My question is, does anyone know what mixers you need for this? In bars they have 1000 or more songs at their disposal. Because what we have at home with Ps4 and the 3 Lets Sing games are clearly not enough and will get boring at some point if you only ever have the few songs. How does it work? Who knows, because we want it to be like in the bars when there's a karaoke evening. We would then of course like to transfer the picture to the TV and just choose songs that we like, etc.
I only know that the karaoke operators bought all these karaoke files! You can also find many on Youtube. If that's enough for you?!
You can buy karaoke files individually, e.g. B. (also) to http://www.karaoke-version.de
Song sources:
Youtube is full of good channels: an example

download with https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCruCfs3ncYNvp6L4D2x-ozQ
Now it depends on which interfaces your computer and your TV have. I just plug in my monitor. You have to connect this to the TV with the appropriate cables
Microphones and mixers: How much money can you invest there?
Now it depends on how many people you want to sing with. For this, of course, microphones and inputs must be available. I suggest 2 times.
Robust AKG P5 are sufficient for the microphones.
if the sound is decent and you also want a bit of reverb and compressor on your voice, take a Yamaha AG o6. You connect this via USB. https://www.thomann.de/...6028b03249
Sound and micro are controlled by this mixer.
Place the sound output on the TV.
Have fun
I have it myself and get on well with it.
Thanks for your answer, maybe you still have a clue which DVD or Blueray Player CD + G can play the karaoke CDs. Especially the CD + G formats
On the PC: https://letskaraoke.de/karaoke-cdg-auf-pc-abspielen/
Karafun program also plays it
Unfortunately I don't know any players because I do everything from the laptop
