How should I deal with domestic violence between siblings?

Ca

We all hate each other. Today my sister (26) came aggressively into the apartment and badly insulted me. At first I stayed calm, then I insulted her from the living room. Then she became aggressive and came into the living room where she became violent. I first granted myself, then she just threw my laptop and cell phone against the wall. I lost control and boxed them together. She was on the floor and I couldn't stop. I said I have nothing and you break my property. She wanted to stab me with a kitchen knife, to prevent it I threw a chair at her. She has bumps and bruises all over her face because I punched her in the face several times.

She insults and attacks me every time and my eldest sister and mother always blame me even though I'm only in my world.

I'm always to blame. My parents are not in Germany so their friends are coming now what should I do?

Mo

You both should go to the doctor…

Le

Uhm… So I don't think your sister's behavior is good, but yours isn't exactly justified either. Maybe a conversation with a psychologist?

Ca

What should a psychologist do?

De

I strongly recommend anti-regression therapy

Ca

I'm calm and don't do anything. She started. She always insults me

Sa

Help? Something like that should be looked after really psychologically, that's not normal. Or aggressiveness therapy

Le

You beat up on her and you couldn't stop? That's not normal.

de

Sounds pretty cool what's going on with you.

Well, pull pistols, pull assault rifles, don't give way to the enemy.

Ca

Yes what would you do if you have no money anyway and you throw your 1300 euro laptop against the wall and throw your 600 euro smartphone against the wall? What would you do? Are you happy?

bo

Who sits in the glass house

Le

No, but I wouldn't beat anyone up either?

Ca

Neither do I, but I went crazy. I could do worse with the chair. That's why I hit the chair against the wall several times, although I could even break her legs with it

Le

And that's why you should see a doctor (she too)

De

Has nothing to do with starting, but with dealing with the situation.

Therefore see above. Both.

Ca

There's an association. It's called the police. Easy to remember number. 110

When it escalates these three numbers are entered into the phone. 10 minutes and the next patrol car is on site. Most of the time they are faster --- 3 minutes.
