Laptop fans change because of loud noise?

I changed my fan a few days ago now there's always a sound as if the mega is rotating fast and I have to buy a specific fan than the model or it doesn't matter

You can clean it with a vacuum cleaner but only if the fan wheel is held.

What kind of device is it? And can you perhaps read out the temperatures with HWInfo (portable is enough)? It is quite possible that the rest of the cooling system is no longer sitting properly. And just vacuuming a fan… Usually doesn't really do much.
