My idea would be

256-512gb SSD
4 core CPU ~ 2.5GHz
> = 2GB VRAM
> = 8GB RAM

Yes, that will be enough. But better still would be a dedicated graphics card.

For just 450 euro you get hereby the best notebook in the price range up to 500 euro, found at Otto.de… That should be enough.

For the entrance okay, would recommend for the optimal workflow but still a good IPS panel with 2k resolution and at least 16GB RAM.
