Some pages don't load in Windows 10, why?

I have the following problem.

Since I have a new computer with Windows 10 Pro, some pages no longer load and I get the error message that the page either loads too long or there's no network connection.

All other sites such as YouTube, Facebook, Google, Amazon etc. Work perfectly and very quickly. DSL speed test was also positive.

My computer is connected to LAN. However, the pages work on other devices: "Cell phone, Xbox, etc.". Everything works on another laptop too, only not correctly on this computer with Windows 10 Pro.

IP assignment: Automatic (DHCP)
Manual setting for IPV4 and 6 is not entered, but everything is entered for the properties.

I've been looking dumb and stupid but I just don't understand where the problem is.

I also tried to ping the websites via cmd, without success. To test, I also pinged pages that work and lo and behold, works.

I have the same problem with Twitch.tv. Sometimes it doesn't load at all and tells me to reload the player due to a network problem, or it works outright. Other websites do not work at all or load until an error message appears.

As for Windows 10, I'm a bottle. I only know about Windows 7, so this is new territory for me. All drivers are installed and up to date. I deactivated the firewall for the test (without success) and otherwise I did not install an antivirus program that could block it.

I can't get any further, so I ask you for help.

You could try a tracert via cmd instead of ping. (tracert domain.com) What's the result?

It is found or contacted several times (do not know exactly what all this means), but from point 8 onwards there's only "request timed out"

Aha, the route seems to be right. There are the individual "hops", the nodes from you to the server. That would suggest a problem with the server or the target network, but then the same problem should exist on other devices. Strange. 🤔 I have no idea right now.

Also initially thought it was on the side until later it appeared on multiple sides but works on other devices. But thank you for your help and time.

Does the problem also occur if you completely disable IPv6?

Does it work better with a different browser?

It could also be related to the DNS server. You can set a different DNS server in the IPv4 settings of the LAN connection. Try 8.8.8.8
