Virus in the computer?

After I booted my laptop I get an error message from explorer.exe

It says: "Another program is currently accessing this file"

Is this a virus, if so how can I go about getting rid of it?

This can be anything. If you think you have a virus, have your antivirus check for it. You can also e.g.

Could be a virus, but it doesn't have to be. If you want to be on the safe side, you should download Malwarebytes and scan your entire system.
