I have a lenovo laptop. However, it has neither a sticker nor an engraved model number. Can you identify it based on the equipment? If yes how? Because I would like to do a RAM upgrade because it only has 4GB and that is clearly too little for Windows 10. But I can't find out how much I can build in.
Additional question: If the built-in RAM says DDR3, can I install any DDR3 laptop RAM? (Now apart from the maximum capacity)
Install e.g. AIDA64 and look at the mainboard name. Then you should be able to find out via Google how much RAM and which RAM is supported by the mainboard.
OK thank you
In any case you have to buy a SODIMM RAM memory for a laptop (gaming maybe different).
