Um Hello, I have a problem with my laptop. I have a Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop and it keeps telling me that the laptop has a problem. Then he does some kind of error correction or tries to do it and then it just says "Problem could not be solved" then he shows me other ways to fix the problem (e.g. Resetting) but then he doesn't want to do that either

Then only that is shown to me and then it doesn't do more

How long have you had the problem? Have you installed anything recently or has something unusual happened? Have you tried rolling back to a previous restore point?

I've only had the problem for a short time and the reset to the restore point doesn't work. It can't be reset to the factory settings.

Sounds like a Windows update might not have worked properly. Have you already checked the update process?

Usually the laptop should have a recovery partition. Look in the manual for factory settings. To reset the laptop to factory settings there has to be a key combination.
