Laptop crashed and makes strange noise when using with charger?

This is what my laptop looks like when I use it for 10 to 20 minutes while it is charging.

At the same time he celebrates and mostly crashes after a while. Without plugged in and the same happens to the battery, if it does not charge nothing happens so far, but have not used it so long.

Normally, I would say that the graphics card blesses the time, but something I've seen synonymous with a laptop which was operated via an emergency power where the charging voltage was not constant… Also, I had such errors with defective memory… Test first in detail if that also without power supply happens and if possible synonymous times without battery but with power supply test… But this will be the graphics memory which causes errors… Did you try the graphics card / memory overclocking?

I'll touch a cold junction. Something is charging while the device is working and working too warm, so that the effect shows.
