Does anyone know a good laptop or PC up to almost 600 euro that performs well?
Define "good performance", what do you want to do with the thing?
For gamin look at dubaro but only the pcs of hardware dealz or creative corner but I would still recommend you to buy a better cpu cooler and ne 1 tb hdd that is even built for 50 eur and 50 on top with windows.
I also want to do office editing and occasional games with it.
In short: no
If you value price / performance, you won't find what you're looking for in laptops.
