What is generally more sensible for a 15.6 laptop, 144hz or 100% sRGB?

I do everything on the laptop - there's no task that I have not yet had to do and my workload is unpredictable. What makes more sense in general? 144hz for smoother display or 100% sRGB for display quality? What is better for many hours of work like writing texts and doing normal office work?

For paperwork in any case 100% sRGB, pictures look better.
144Hz doesn't do anything at Office, that would also work with 30Hz.
