WLAN adapter is missing in the device manager n. What did I delete / made?

I installed an SSD in my old Medion Akoya E5218 and pre-mapped the hard drive. Because it was too much data, I had to delete some programs… Now the laptop does not recognize the WLAN card… Have already installed all the drivers, but he only has the normal Ethernet controller installed… JCM iwas for LAN… What can that be?

There's a great program called: "Driver Booster 6.1" you can download on occasion and once again really install all the correct drivers, and fix system errors.

What's stopping you from installing the wlan driver?
