No, this can lead to technical problems with internal billing.
So we ordered books from AMAZON.UK, we did not have the possibility to exchange with AMAZON.DE, we had to telephone expensive with UK and then send back there.
So, cobbler stick to your shoes and do not do experimental physics;
especially with expensive electronic devices are there some ordenlich fallen on the (exchange) nose.
Why do you want to exchange a laptop at amazon.com.au if you haven't bought it on amazon.de? That does not make sense.
You should buy such parts where you can complain about them easily or repair them if something is broken.
