If I play the drivers on my laptop and restart it, it boots up to the Windows symbol, then there's only a short blue screen and it restarts again. I have already re-played Windows 2-3 times and still the same when I do it Play games on drivers

Older Windows systems that actually update regularly but are no longer supported by microsoft support sometimes cause such problems. Sometimes it helps to reset the system when it hangs in the start window and to start in safe mode. If that works try restart and normal start.
Had the problem with a PC with Windows XP that was taken offline for a long time in offline mode only. After working a few times in safe mode and without interrupting the power supply, it now starts again normally.

When the windows sign comes up, press reset. Then you should get a message that Windows has not ended correctly and you will be asked whether you want to start normally or in safe mode (select using the cursor keys then enter). This question sometimes comes up when you restart, when the PC has been disconnected from the power supply.
If that doesn't work for you, unfortunately I don't know what to do.
