Who can help me to format an SD memory card? Transcend Premium Class 10 microSDXC 64GB memory card

I want to format the card with the laptop, but unfortunately have no plan how to do that. Can someone please explain to me how that works?

Insert the card into the card reader, then right-click and click Format

In the Explorer (own files) right click on it. In the leftmost column

Connect the Micro SD card to your computer via a micro SD adapter or external card reader.
Right-click on the Micro SD card in Explorer and select the function "Format".
Format the card in the file system FAT32.

Then you select the memory card and press with a right click on it

Now you go to formatting

Then you press Start

However, the memory capacity of the card should not exceed 32 GB for FAT32.
