I have a question about my computer. I have a macbook air on which word, powerpoint and Exel are installed. That is exactly where the problem lies. If I click on a symbol in Word, like in powerpoint, in the menu bar, which should open a subfield with options by clicking on an arrow, this does not open. This is the case for each subfield and has also been for a few months. My question is whether it is perhaps because the program is no longer up to date or whether it is an error on my laptop or whether it is an operating error?
