Only my DVD drive haat my DVD drive on the laptop (Windows), the DVD is not read and now it is not. What can I do there?

Not even after a reboot?
Then reinstall the drivers for the drive if necessary. But usually it is after a restart again.
If not and also the driver installation did not work, then it could be something mechanical. And that would mean, in the worst case, getting a new drive.
