How do I find out the graphics card on my laptop?

I would like to find out the graphics card on my laptop because it isn't on this one. How can I do that?

It's pretty easy to find in the device manager.

Simply search for device manager through the start menu and open it, then it should be under graphics card or GPU, or whatever.

Mostly it is an Intel HD graphics chip, i.e. A graphics card integrated in the processor.
