Good screen recording on the laptop?

Do you know such programs for download (free)? It would be good if you could also edit the recording (cut, add text, draw), because you need it for a PowerPoint presentation.

Would recommend you record the file in mp4 format. This makes it easier to edit the file.

Windows has the snipping tool by default. You can do everything else with Powerpoint.
