I didn't quite know how to put it, so I can't find a suitable solution to my problem.
Most household devices are connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi. Not one. If this is used for a few minutes, the connection for the devices with Wi-Fi is cut off and you can no longer access the Internet (connected, no Internet). However, the laptop over Lan has no connection problems. It only works again after a complete restart of the router. What can that be?
Based on the description, I would say that the router is junk.
It is logical that if there's no WLAN connection, there's no connection to the Internet. There's no need to mention that - unless you can't tell the two things apart. 😉
Nothing is impossible regarding the description of the error. But unlikely.
Of course, poorly shielded LAN cables have an influence on the electromagnetic spectrum in which (also) WLAN moves.
Only a disturbance that "switches off" the WLAN network would be a rather violent disturbance and m. E. Rather unlikely.
But it could just be a defect or inferior hardware in the WLAN router. At least I think that's more likely.
The router needs a software update.
May also be that it is technically too old and therefore spins.
