I want to buy Jurassic World Evolution.
I have a laptop with I5 8th Gen
12GbRam
The graphics run over the processor and I have Windows 10
The minimum should be according to Steam
Requires 64-bit processor and operating system
Operating system: Windows 7 (SP1 +) / 8.1 / 10 64bit
Processor: Intel i5-2300 / AMD FX-4300
RAM: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (Legacy GPU:
GeForce GTX 660) / AMD Radeon 7850 (2GB)
DirectX: Version 11
Storage space: 8 GB of available storage space
Of course I can screw down the graphics, it should still look playable
The graphics run over the processor
And from that moment I doubt that it will work.
Especially since it is a laptop and these are usually worse.
It could not go well at all.
Why?
The graphics run over the processor
An IGPU isn't the best for gaming. You can actually forget something like that in gaming. In addition, it is a laptop and not a PC. That means the processor gets hotter and hotter faster. Your laptop is good for office and so on but for gaming it is absolutely not intended and also not recommended.
I would not try it in your place. Even when it is running, it is only on low settings and extremely low FPS. Better build a mid-range gaming PC. You can then use it for gaming over the next few years.
If you want to try playing on the laptop, it's best to exchange the thermal paste with Kryonaut or Conductonaut. But Conductonaut only if you know a little bit. Otherwise you will only break your laptop. I have Conductonaut in me and I'm absolutely thrilled. The CPU is only getting hot now because the one small mini fan can't keep up. But that's because my laptop is actually also for office but it is high-end office. So he also creates a few games because the part has a relatively good graphics card.
It is really "nice" that you let us know the minimum requirements of the game.
Precise technical information about your notebook would have been much more important.

We would need: CPU, GPU, Ram, operating system, monitor resolution.
Here you can also enter this data directly:

The results there are "capped" to a maximum of 60 + FPS.
And they are only calculated generically. So please only see the results as a possible trend. Certain tolerances to local reality can always be expected.
No updates are included, which could affect the system performance at some point (=> game patches, graphics drivers, other hardware drivers, Windows updates).
But it is usually enough for a rough overview.
Your CPU graphics (Intel HD xxxx) will certainly not meet the performance requirements of the game.
Basically, I don't want to make gaming just a few games for in between
Well Solitaire etc. Is not a problem but games with a little graphics can't. The graphics card is simply not made for gaming. It won't be fun I think.
