I'm with Telekom and have a 100 Mbits internet speed contract.
We have 2 laptops in a 100 square apartment. We both work with Wi-Fi. The 100Mbits speed comes from Telekom in the router.
Speed test shows: PING ms 13 / DOWNLOAD Mbps 30 / UPLOAD Mbps 42.06.
I want to strengthen Wi-Fi. There are Wi-Fi repeaters and Wi-Fi sticks.
Which one will make more sense for me?

I have it similar.
With wlan stick I have max. 1-20 mbit / s in the download # +
and 10-20 in the upload
with repeater I have 100mbit / s in the download
and 50 in the upload
take repeater that gets more out
