I want to sell my laptop running Windows 10.
How can I reset this so that all data is deleted but Windows 10 remains installed (I have no CD)?

reset would be at an earlier date; what you plan to do - is a new installation, no CD is needed

As for C: If Win is supposed to stay you can only delete all files nobody should see. Then the C ;: Seal with rubbish, Then only the old files are erg.
Then delete the whole thing again.
