, I ordered a new laptop today. The Windows Vista Basic already has it. I would prefer to have Windows 10 on it, however, I haven't found anything how to do it… I don't know that very well either. Does somebody has any idea?
Beware, the laptop is older, win 10 may not run smoothly. In any case you need a new win10 license and then install it.
You should rather say which laptop you turned on and what you actually want to do with it. Windows Vista Basic is very old.

I just checked the one from 2007, has 2gig ddr2 ram @ 677MHz, I advise you to use the laptop first, but if you still want to use the laptop I recommend linux such as e.g. To install Debian, 2gig are still more than enough for debian if you only do office stuff

Unfortunately, I have to destroy your hopes, with 2gig you won't get very far, maybe there are small games that would still run on it, but that definitely won't make you an e-athlete.
