Which free / not so expensive editing program can you recommend for a laptop / computer?
For example For editing landscape shots (4K, drone)
DaVinci Resolve. Simply great. Sony Vega is also recommended.
Windows or Mac?
I would recommend iMovie for the Mac and DaVinci Resolve and Filmora for Windows

I can recommend OpenShot https://www.openshot.org/de/. This is free software for Windows, Mac and Linux. Resolutions up to 4k are supported. The individual tracks can be edited separately. With the appropriate graphics card, you can also use hardware acceleration. A YouTube upload function is also integrated.

With OpenShot I work under Linux → just do "the basics". Also runs on MacOS and Windows.
