Sims 4 mods don't show up or look weird?

Hello 👋 I have a laptop with windows 10.

but my sims 4 mods do not appear in the game or look strange (e.g. The hair is slightly bent over the head or yellow streaks). Unfortunately, I find a PC too expensive… Can anyone help me?

You may need to turn off laptop mode. It's actually there to make the graphics fit the smaller screen, but it also creates those streaks and glitches. You can disable it in the game settings. If that doesn't help, you can also set the image quality higher. I always have Sims and Objects on very high and the rest on high to medium.
