Can't delete this app on my laptop?

How do I delete them?

right mouse button> properties> search target there then search for an uninstall entry and use it to uninstall it.

Do you have more precise dates? Which operating system is on your computer? How did you install the file, possibly via a launcher?

With Windows usually uninstall via the system control programs - select the program and right-click on Uninstall.

You have probably downloaded malware. Check your PC with an antivirus scanner.

Control Panel → Programs and Features → Uninstall a program.

If that is not possible, optional;

Install CCleaner, go to the "Extras" tab on the left, then all programs will be listed. Right-click the program you want, then click Uninstall.
