Set laptop refresh page to F5?

Whenever I want to update a website on my laptop, I always have to press fn and f5. If I just press F5, nothing happens. Can I somehow set that I only have to press F5 to refresh the page?

Your F5 key is probably combined with another one. And you have to press the FN key to use the "F" function of the key, which would help if a picture of the keyboard is attached
