Laptop restart error?

I was just about to restart my laptop and then this came up.

I don't know what to do, if anyone does, an answer would be very nice.

Exit and Discard Changes and then it should load back into Windows

First do yes and see if the laptop boots up properly.

You probably only came across the key that opens the BIOS settings before booting.
