I recently bought a Pioneer DDJ-RX mixer, but unfortunately I don't get any sound from the speakers or headphones.
I plugged in different cinch cables at Master-OUT and tried different speakers - to no avail. I changed the audio settings in Rekordbox (latest version) in all possible ways and the only thing that happened was that the headphones worked, but only on a certain setting. TRIM etc. Are set in the correct position. The laptop audio settings also show my mixer correctly.
Is my master-out output broken? Can I try anything else?

Did you turn up all the actuators?
Do the plugs fit into the sockets -
Do not confuse TRS with TS.
Step by step - humming should be audible somewhere when you touch T or the center of the coax.
Speakers after the mixer are not possible - there must be a power amplifier in between.
