Why are not I displaying any mods Sims 4?

Hi so I have jz for about 3 years Sims 4 and had mods from the beginning unfortunately the lost as I have set up my new laptop jz they are no longer displayed to me although all settings for Origin and Sims 4 are the same. How can I "turn on" mods again?
