I know that the laptop has only one output, but remote play doesn't work either, so I wanted to ask if anyone could help me that I can still play PS4 on my laptop.
Please throw away PS4. And recycle.
PS5 is coming soon! 👍
You can only use the monitor from your notebook via a CapCart.
I got it for Christmas and I can't throw it away now
Which leads to large delays and asynchronicity between the inputs and the screen output. Or?
Could you possibly explain this a little easier, I'm not that tech-savvy. XD
Sorry if I write this directly, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the question, even if I can understand that you are looking forward to the new PS5. I feel the same way.
@ chris070:
Sorry, that is not possible. At best, as has already been written, via a capture card.
How funny of course you throw the PS4 away when the PS5 comes soon… NOT What also has that got to do with the question?
Translated freely, it is a card that provides you with a video input on your notebook.
You can also use it to record videos, e.g. Record your game from the PS4.
Here is a sample card
Thank you very much
Yes, there are delays. Are not actually intended to use a monitor as an output device, but rather for recording (streaming) games, where the delay is irrelevant.
😉 I knew that already. Didn't want to answer so definitely.
Yes and my comment says that there are delays and you can't play with them. If you take a step forward, the image must first be converted. That takes time. That can easily be half a second. You can't play like that. The game is over until you react because you see the picture much too late. With great delay.
