I have connected the LAN cable to my laptop and I have no internet. The LEDs light up and the router is connected to LAN2 … Why is that?
Maybe your LAN connection on the notebook is deactivated.

You should run cmd first. Then the command in the command prompt. Then you can scroll and mark and copy the text…
In your IPConfig post you can see that the Wi-Fi card is still active and connected… You don't need a LAN cable to the router yourself… Do this, then you should have internet…

I connected Wi-Fi to read Good Question comments. Otherwise I separate WLAN and connect LAN and with LAN Internet is not possible. I ran diagnostics and it says: Ethernet2: does not have a valid IP configuration
It's like that. DeinLAN does not get an IP from the router… Either port 2 is deactivated or configured differently. Which router do you have? Have a look at the settings?

I simply plugged the router supply cable back in and had it reset. Now I have LAN
Then something had probably hung up… Nice that it works now…

Ok I use Wi-Fi so I can't look any further
BUT
You can ALWAYS do that alone. There were times when there was no 2nd PC with which you could go on the network with such problems and when neither YouTube, Google or Girlfriend almost everyone who helps started just the same.
So click your eyes and click EVERY button. Read. Think logically.
