. Otherwise no idea… For what else.
As already mentioned, for absolute laymen who have not used a PC in 20 years because of mental disorders. But now it's clear in my head, but has no technical understanding. Should already have 15 inches and be robust for rough hands.
I would really just go to Media Markt (or Saturn ect.), Tell the employee exactly that and let me advise.
You can still buy it online if you can find it cheaper there.
The best thing you can do
I bought one for my studies for 300 euro and I'm still completely satisfied after 5 years.
There are cheaper ones, but I would definitely not recommend them.
It is annoying when the computer takes 15 seconds to open a website or start Word.
If you don't want to spend money on Word, I recommend Apache's OpenOffice.
It's exactly the same as Microsoft Office but it's free.
No, it's not that I want to save. It must already have an SSD, otherwise it will take far too long. I think an i 3CPU is enough and 4 GB of RAM should also be enough. These are my guidelines. There should be something for 400 euro, right?
I would suggest a Lenovo IdeaPad. I personally think Lenovo has the best price-performance ratio and top quality. You're guaranteed to be satisfied with that. And these things are suitable for your uses. My Lenovo cost 344 euro (15 "). Actually an office computer (you need something like that) but still really cool games run smoothly. Cheap, fast and top quality.
Yes, but I don't want to have a current one, because they all have no drive. But don't find an older one that's good. And I don't trust eBay!
If you tell me your budget, I can pick one out for you. From Media Markt and co. I advise, they have no idea and want your money.
Edit: You can also write what you need.
I looked for the following: which one is better?
What do you think about? See: https://www.amazon.de/...07JHXKSMG/
or the one here: https://seemueller.com/notebook/fujitsu/229/fujitsu-lifebook-e754-39-62cm-15-6-tft
Unfortunately both are too expensive for their hardware. What are your needs in addition to the office requirements? So what should the laptop have guaranteed?
SSD at least 250GB, 4GB RAM, DVD drive with burner, at least 14 inches better, min. I3 CPU, price up to 500 euro. Should be a good brand. New ones no longer have drives.
What do you think: https://www.pearl.de/a-REF1418-1140.shtml
Ok 2 questions in advance:
1. There are drives that can be connected via USB, would that be something?
2. Do you know how to change a hard drive or install an SSD? Older laptops usually only have HDDs and the sellers usually take a lot of money for SSDs.
I also have my laptop at home, but it's usually available for around 100 euro. SSD upgrade and RAM then cost again + 50 euro.
PS: I would not buy from Pearl and Seemueller. The prices are too high and they have no idea about PCs because they are wholesalers.
Yes I can, but buying an extra SSD is expensive!
I also have my laptop at home… Which one?
250 GB costs 30-35 euro, so sellers will charge you at least twice as much.
Thinkpad T430.
Ok… So where can I find my notebook with HDD?
I'm going to send you a friend request and just go to my PC to be able to write better. You can also remove it afterwards.
Definitely 👍
Look here: https://www.notebooksbilliger.de/...nbbct=6002 This has a 256GB SSD and a DVD burner. Windows 10 is included.
Thanks, I think it's really good!
20 years ago there was no PC in the modern sense. Also, I don't think 50 is exactly old now to learn about PC. He still has 30 years to go. My mother started at 82 years old…
Otherwise, I think the Lenovo IdeaPad S340 is very good.
Thank you, I ordered it here: HP 255 G7 3P346ES,
is for my dear brother!
You can often enter in the searches that a drive should be included. Otherwise you can also create an external drive (from 20 euro you are included)
No doesn't want to have an external drive. Too complicated to store something like that and to set one up for someone who is a layman.
Here are some software recommendations:
Libreoffice, free office package that can also process Microsoft Office documents: https://de.libreoffice.org/...ffice.org/
Ashampoo Burning Studio 2020 - powerful burning program as a free full version. It is easy to use. Simply start the corresponding assistant what you want to burn. https://www.ashampoo.com/de/eur/pin/5610/brennprogramme/burning-studio-2020
There are additional codecs for Windows Media Player: https://files3.codecguide.com/K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1548_Basic.exe Then it can also play what the VLC can do. This saves the installation of an additional player.
Here is a Youtube downloader and converter: https://clipgrab.org/de Downloading from YouTube is legal for purely private purposes. You just shouldn't pass on and download the downloaded one.
I would also recommend using the apps from the Microsoft Store instead of the web browser. There are e.g. Amazon, ebay, Instagram, netflix, maxdome, wikipedia and much more. You should only use the web browser if there's no app in the Microsoft Store for it.
Not really. You insert the plug into the USB and the thing is already running. 😜 Very easy. But as I said, enter that as a search criterion, then you will get what you like 😁
