Today i tried to burn songs from spotify onto a cd.
first i converted it to mp3 with the sidify music converter program and then burned it to a cd with the express burn disc burning program.
I can play them on the laptop without any problems, but all cd players show "no disc".
How could I try to solve this problem or what did I do wrong?
Are you sure that your CD player will actually play a burned CD at all?
Not all CD players can read MP3s. You have to burn the songs as audio files instead of MP3s.
I recommend this:
If the CD is playable on the laptop, the problem is with the CD players. Not every CD player can read every CD you have burned yourself.
That's right, but the latest DVD player! And the cheapest play audio CD with MP3.
I have to add more, I forgot something. Many CD players want correctly burned audio CDs because they are not MP3-compatible. If you burn mp3 to a CD it is not an audio CD and the CD player can't do anything with it.
Try to burn an audio CD. Whereby you can't achieve the quality of an audio CD because your music data is compressed.
It makes a difference whether you burn a data CD with mp3 files or an audio CD with an uncompressed audio track.
If your disc eater does not explicitly state that it can process MP3 files, then it usually can't
Many Thanks. It should be played in a friend's car. Unfortunately, my car doesn't have a cd drive, so I can't try it out. Do you think mp3 works in the car?
No, unfortunately not. It should be played in a friend's car. Unfortunately, my car has no drive, so I can't try it out
That depends on the built-in CD player - older models often can't…
