I would like something handy, with which you can edit videos and pictures. A laptop is too bulky for me and therefore was the consideration of whether a tablet does.
I would pick up the iPad.
I would grab the Surface, Windows is running on it and you have a huge selection of programs

I've got an iPad Pro, Surface 4 Pro, Laptop PCs, etc. I've felt every operating system tested that ever came in Windows 98 and has to say that Windows has never really been a big problem for me, and the iPad really does not work
