Graphics tablet for students?

I study CS in the 2nd semester, so I have a lot of math and programming.
So far I have held out well with just one laptop, but it would be good for math to have notes in PDF format.

I'm now looking for a graphics tablet that can write well.
But I really don't know anything about it and would make a few recommendations.

A few people from my degree program use ipads, but they're also relatively expensive.

I would be very happy if someone could list a few options for me.

During my studies I would also like to have one of the notebooks with an integrated touch and pen input.

Apart from that, I find it foolish to get a pen with a graphic tablet, before everything is connected, the lecture is over or you can get there faster with a pen and paper. Above all, write positions and move the sheet.

Therefore I would rather look for a pen that does not need an external graphics tablet… The pen inputs would not be recognized without otherwise.

So far I have only worked with a Wacom Bamboo and Silvercrest, but both with the negatively required tray plus the notebook.

I loved OneNote from Microsoft in general for notes, because you could quickly take notes by hand or text and move them around

But it was also because the first PC always ran too hot.
