Has anyone had experience with tramadol during pain treatment?

I was given tramadol once in the hospital. However, I was extremely sick of it so that the drug was switched to novamisulfone after a few days.

Another side effect was the loss of control. During the stay I had a notebook with me. You are suddenly completely euphoric and would like to order all the things you like. The mind, or rather the protection mechanism, completely fails. In the 4 days I have ordered a lot on the Internet.

After the switch to novamisulfone the feelings of remorse suddenly came.

You can hardly imagine such a thing. Why was I suddenly a completely different person who was not in control? Are there any people with similar incidents here? How did you feel?
