My Windows is broken and has stopped working.
I have Windows 10 pro 1909, and I have the new and the 2004 version including Rufos on my laptop.
But I want to keep my games and the associated launcher as well as photos, videos etc.
The cause of the defect is a crash during a Radeon driver installation.
Is that somehow possible?
Is the calculator still on?
Defect means no longer starts?
Start the computer from the 1909 USB stick, there's the possibility of repair. If that doesn't work, the only thing left is a clean reinstallation with the subsequent reinstallation of the required applications.
2004 is not yet in the final distribution, but only as an insider release. I would not use this version.
That will not do.
With a Windows installation, all data, i.e. Your data and installed programs, will be deleted.
If you don't want this, you have to try to repair the system.
Start the PC in safe mode * and perform a system restore.
