My Epic Games Launcher does not start properly for some reason. He "loads", but then the whole launcher is black. According to the troubleshooting my laptop fulfills however all minimum conditions etc., except a recommended one (processor: 4 cores).
Have you tried everything? What else can I do?

Reinstall the program, start epic Games Launcher as an administrator.

Do you have the right version installed, if you have a 64b operating system also according to the 64b launcher
Um look for the version of your Graka, vllt is right there

Difficult to say. The site has automatically downloaded me an "EpicInstaller", which then has just installed the launcher. Where can I check that because how much bit the launcher has? (I have 64b operating system)
